I'm in san Antonio, where is pickup?

Bethlyn's is an online e-commerce business locally ran in San Antonio, Texas. We have 2 locations for those who would prefer to pickup their items vs shipping. Pickup and meet times are available by arrangements only. 

​Lackland / Valley Hi area: This area is located in the Southwest area of Bexar County. Major highways are 410 & 90.

​Downtown San Antonio: South Town area near South Alamo and South Flores. Pick up and meet times for this location are also available by making arrangements.

​After you order is placed and if you have chosen to pick up, we will contact you via phone call, text or email to make arrangements. At any time please feel free to contact us with any questions.

Why is my phone number needed for orders?

We ask for your number during the checkout process for a number of important reasons. 

• An item you have ordered has become unavailable or out of stock. In this case we would call you to give you all available options including a refund. 
• You have chosen exact shipping and would like to be invoiced via pay pal once it has been calculated. When you choose exact shipping we do not bill you for shipping until the item is packaged. We then invoice you via paypal to the email and file, if after 24 hours the invoice is not paid we will give you a courtesy call or text to remind you that shipping is due. 
• There are questions regarding your order. Sometimes a field during the ordering process is left uncompleted or it is not clear. We then would give you a call to clarify the details. 

​We do not share information with outside parties and can assure you that your phone number will only be used for the reason described above. 

​HOW DO I ORDER SOMETHING NOT LISTED ON THE WEBSITE?

We do accept custom orders and are more than happy to take on these request. Simply fill out the order form or contact us and we can make it happen.
